Regolamento appartamenti
ORARI: Per il check-in gli appartamenti sono disponibili dalle ore 16:00 alle ore 20:00 del giorno di arrivo, mentre per il check-out gli appartamenti devono essere liberati entro le ore 10:00 del giorno di partenza. Oltre l’orario verrà addebitata una notte comprensiva anche d' imposta di soggiorno.
DOCUMENTI:I gentili ospiti all’arrivo dovranno essere provvisti di documenti.
E’ ASSOLUTAMENTE VIETATO ospitare persone che non siano comprese nel numero dichiarato al momento della prenotazione.
BENI NON CUSTODITI: La direzione DECLINA da ogni responsabilità per i beni non custoditi.
PULIZIA: Tutti i nostri appartamenti vengono consegnati puliti e come tali devono essere lasciati, inclusa la spazzatura.
BIANCHERIA: E’ assolutamente vietato portare in spiaggia la biancheria noleggiata, in caso di biancheria mancante , saremo costretti ad addebitarla sul conto.
FUMO: Non è consentito fumare all’interno degli appartamenti.
SPAZZATURA: La spazzatura va conferita ALL’ESTERNO del Residence, sul lungomare, nei bidoni comunali siti a c/a 400 mt .
ANIMALI: Non sono ammessi animali di alcun genere.
DANNI ALLA STRUTTURA: In caso di danni alla struttura, agli oggetti o allo smarrimento di chiavi , sarà corrisposta una penale che verrà calcolata in base all’entità del danno.
ORARI DI SILENZIO: Nel rispetto della quiete comune sono vietati rumori e schiamazzi dalle ore 14:00 alle ore 16:00 e dalle ore 24:00 alle ore 08:00. Il rumore degli apparecchi audiovisivi va regolato in modo da non disturbare i vicini.
LA DIREZIONE, COME PREVISTO DALLE VIGENTI LEGGI DELLA REPUBBLICA ITALIANA, HA DIRITTO DI ESPELLERE SENZA PREAVVISO CHIUNQUE NON RISPETTI IL REGOLAMENTO O SI COMPORTI IN MODO DA CREARE DANNO O DISTURBO.
English - Apartment rules
SCHEDULE: For the check-in the apartments are available from 16:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival, while for the check-out the apartaments must be released by 10:00 on the day of departure. Exceeding the time will be charged one night including a tourist tax.
DOCUMENTS: All our guests on arrival must be provided with documents.
It is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN to host people who are not included in the numer
declared at the time of booking.
PROPERTY NOT KEEP: The management DECLINES all responsibility for unattended assets.
CLEANING: All our apartments are delivered clean and as such should be left, including the rubbish.
LINEN: It’s absolutely forbidden to take hired linen to the beach; in case of missing linen, we will be forced to charge it to the account.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
RUBBISH: Rubbish must be placed OUTSIDE the Residence, on the waterfront, in the municipal bins located at about 400 mt.
ANIMALS: Animals of any kind are not allowed.
DAMAGE TO THE STRUCTURE: In case of damage to the structure, objects or lost keys, a penalty will be paid which will be calculated according to the extent of the damage.
HOURS OF SILENCE: Noise and shouting is forbidden from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 24:00 to 08:00 in the interests of common peace. Noise from audiovisual equipment should be regulated so as to not disturb neighbours.
DIRECTION, AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAWS OF THE ITALIAN REPUBLIC, HAS RIGHT TO EXPEL WITHOUT NOTICE ANYONE WHO DOES NOT RESPECT THE RULES OR BEHAVES IN A WAY THAT CAUSES DAMAGE OR DISORDER.
